Valve's October Mirage rework subtly redefined how the middle of the map plays. The new window geometry slightly extends the safe-jiggle peek line and adds a previously impossible smoke gap.

New callouts adopted by the pro scene include "Lip", "Shadow Window", and "Top Connector Catwalk". We break each down with screenshots and team-by-team usage data.

For solo queue grinders, the biggest change is in B execute timings — pushing palace before mid is locked is now a 50% higher chance of getting traded out.
